Do you keep a data journal of the wins and losses for your favorite tennis player, but you want to keep the statistics current? Well, this week’s Swivel update includes a new feature that will allow users to annotate their already existing data. When you look at your datasets, you will see a new link to the Update Data feature at the top. Just click and enter in the new data from a text box or a spreadsheet, follow the steps, and then choose whether you would like to replace all of the existing data, or just append some additional data to what already exists. Try it out! Don’t worry if you accidentally replace the old data, Swivel keeps a copy of the original data in a comma separated values (CSV) sheet in a link at the bottom of the data page.
