Why health numbers matter

When we were asked to contribute an editorial to this month's Bulletin of the World Health Organization, we jumped at the opportunity.

The Bulletin is one of the world’s leading public health journals. The peer-reviewed monthly maintains an open-access policy so that the full contents of the journal and its archives are available online free of charge.
